General and Application
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts between the customer and Assieds-Toii regarding the delivery of goods ordered online under the website www.assiedstoii.com.
Account
The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer to prevent unauthorized access to their account. The customer agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order with Assieds-Toii, you are offering to purchase a product, subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. In some cases, delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘total cost’.
All made-to-order and pre-order products are non-refundable and exchange only.
Delivery Times & Charges
Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible. Order processing can take up to 5 working days, with shipping time estimated thereafter.
Cancellation Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after receiving your delivery to cancel your order (other than made-to-order items).
To cancel your order, you may email team@assiedstoii.com, and we will reply with instructions on returning your goods.
Assieds-Toii does not cover the postage cost of returning goods except in the case where the wrong product is supplied or in case of faulty/damaged goods being supplied.
Further details of your rights under Distance Selling Regulations are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns/exchanges must be approved by email.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged:
• Made-to-order items
• Personalized items
• Pre-order items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at team@assiedstoii.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at team@assiedstoii.com, and a member of our team will assist you.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Prohibitions & Misuse
You must not misuse this website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offense; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb, or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence, or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the website; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material (commonly referred to as “spam”); or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities accessed through this website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offense under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Assieds-Toii will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
Assieds-Toii will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of this website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Prices
All prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Assieds-Toii, its officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of the terms and conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England, and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Statutory Rights
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
