The Drop

This collection began during a trip to Paris, where we discovered a Jacquard portière french tapestry, dated from the 1860's. Rather than recreating it in full, we selected the fragments we loved most and reinterpreted them across the seats of our stools.

Each piece pairs these tapestry details with a neutral mohair base, balancing the richness of the antique textile with a soft, modern foundation. The result is a collection that gives new life to a historic fabric through the Assieds-Toii lens.
