Shipping

We will endeavour to process all orders the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders are processed from the United Kingdom.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Assieds-Toii is not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods may be held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at team@assiedstoii.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our returns sorting facility. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The above terms and conditions do not apply to custom orders. Custom orders are made specifically upon request and are not part of Assieds-Toii’s standard collection. As such, we cannot accept responsibility for these products once the order has been confirmed and placed. All custom sales are considered final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Terms

You have the legal right to return your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. In this case, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed in store, excluding the initial shipping cost. If you want to cancel your order, you will need to follow the procedure set out below within the fourteen days.

Assieds-Toii will offer a refund provided that the products are returned in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt. We cannot accept returns of personalized or special-order and made-to-order items. Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession, and we hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements. Assieds-Toii is not responsible for duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant courier's airway bills and documentation and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Assieds-Toii will cover the return costs for faulty items or items that are damaged in transit to you. In this case, you should contact team@assiedstoii.com with photographic evidence. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to process the return.


Policy Requirements

Late Returns:

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

 

Colours:

We try to display the colours of our products on our website as accurately as possible, but please note that photography can sometimes alter the colour of items. Also, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that colours will be exactly as they appear on your device.
